I've got an email from (canonprusa@gmail.com)

Regarding a collab, and i wonder if it's a scam or not. Can anyone help me out on this, seems kinda sus since i'm not that good with a camera yet..

That looks like a SCAM an official email from Canon USA NEVER uses Gmail.

Unfortunately that does appear to be a scam as Canon does not do collabs. The closest thing to that would be the ambassador program.

We do collabs, but there's a process and it doesn't usually involve "cold" emailing, especially not from an address outside of our own "canon.com" domain name. Hope that clears things up!
