    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi Joe,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Yes, I do have a new email address. My old username was actually the same as the email address I no longer have access to.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I was trying to find a way to contact them by email, since calling is a bit difficult for me right now as I’m currently in another country — Brazil, in this case.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;It’s strange that there doesn’t seem to be any way to reach them through email or a contact form. I tried several times but ended up going in circles.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks for your help,&lt;BR /&gt;Rodrigo&lt;/P&gt;</description>

To make things worse, I also forgot my password.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;How can I solve this problem? I really need access to this account for important reasons.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Can someone please help me?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;Have you tried going to the Canon website,&amp;nbsp; products, when on that page there should be a "Chat" icon, tap it and see if they can resolve your problem, or at least give you an email for tech assistance.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
