Help needed to recover my Canon account

Hello everyone, how are you?

I need help accessing my Canon account.
My university email was deleted, and now I can’t log in anymore. To make things worse, I also forgot my password.

How can I solve this problem? I really need access to this account for important reasons.

Can someone please help me?

Do you have a new email address? Also do you remember your "User Name"? Call the Canon Service Center (866) 510-1335 and let them know your predicament. They'll be able to help you.

Hi Joe,

Yes, I do have a new email address. My old username was actually the same as the email address I no longer have access to.

I was trying to find a way to contact them by email, since calling is a bit difficult for me right now as I’m currently in another country — Brazil, in this case.

It’s strange that there doesn’t seem to be any way to reach them through email or a contact form. I tried several times but ended up going in circles.

Hi rodrigo_I,

Have you tried going to the Canon website, products, when on that page there should be a "Chat" icon, tap it and see if they can resolve your problem, or at least give you an email for tech assistance.
