      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello, I have almost the same issue except it doesn't recognize that I'm even a CPS member currently! &amp;nbsp;The only thing I get when entering the CPS section is the opportunity to sign up for a new plan and relist all my equipment. &amp;nbsp;I have been a member for 16 years and my current membership has 3 more months to go. &amp;nbsp;I cannot find a direct phone# or email to contact the CPS team directly, do you happen to have it? &amp;nbsp;I'm sure this has something to do with the new myid thing which also doesn't work when my VPN is turned on...so another issue to fix. &amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks muchly for any help you can share...Cindy Nelson&lt;/P&gt;</description>
