Friendly, Helpful Customer Support

I work for a small computer repair shop and I'm just the secretary, but I needed to contact Cannon about a printer that we purchased for a customer. I found the 800 number online and I first spoke to Dave and then Christoph when I called back. These 2 gentleman may never see my comment and I didn't know where else to post it, but they were the most friendly, helpful customer service folks I have spoken to in a long time!!! Thanks again for all your help and I will be sure to recommend Cannon printers to everyone I meet!!

Always been a solid group after owning their camera and printers for at least the past 30+ years. By far one of the best!
