      <description>&lt;P&gt;Greetings,&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;I haven't had any issues accessing the Canon USA or Canon Community websites.&amp;nbsp; I routinely use ad blocker ultimate with chrome and edge web browsers. I don't use one with Safari, as I'm not on a Mac very often.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Are you logged in when you visit or does the issue you experience happen randomly?&amp;nbsp; I'm always logged into the Canon Community but I usually don't log into Canon USA unless I'm shopping or doing something with MyCanon account.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Look closely at the URL's and let me know if it uses a session ID when you experience the problem.&amp;nbsp; I'm happy to report the issue but we need as much diagnostic information as possible.&amp;nbsp; The web services team is very concerned about user experience and keeping all of Canon's websites in Tip-Top shape.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;That happened to me on 6-28-25.&amp;nbsp; I kept getting the same message.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;When trying to login to the Community, however when I tried to logging into My Account l got the " &lt;STRONG&gt;You Caught us,&lt;/STRONG&gt;&amp;nbsp;we're updating the site.".&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;Waited a while and got the &lt;STRONG&gt;Access Denied&lt;/STRONG&gt; message.&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;So I did what Waddizzle suggested and deleted the old path and reinstalled a new one, then I was able to sign in &amp;nbsp;without a hitch.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
