Hello Canon Experts.

I am looking for some information or a document where Canon talks about the Lifecycle Phases for it's Hardware assets.

I understand there would be 4 Phases:
General Availability

End of Sale

End of Support

End of Life.

I am looking for a document or any reference which can help me understand:
1. How Canon Defines it's Lifecycle Phases for it's Products?

2. What is exactly each Lifecycle Phase called as per canon ? For example, General Availability for some other manufacturers is called as "Release Date".

I dont expect the same level of detailing, but if i can get some head start or if someone points me to right article, it will be helpful

#ProductLifecycle #HardwareLifecycle #EndofLifepolicy

Hello John, The link you have shared is quite informative. But i am looking for Lifecycle clarity. The Link shared contains data related to operations of the Product, and not Lifecycle.

Could you highlight something else ? I have shared an example of Ayava where Page 2 and 3 are some examples
