    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi. I'm totally perplexed here. I spent a ton of time on the phone with your representatives. You had to replace my printer (twice!). You set up a case# and asked me to reply with information. I have replied. Never heard back. I have written three times in total, with my case number, and no one is responding to me.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Also, my colleague ordered FOUR Prograf 1100's for her Community College print lab. Three of the printers are having the same problem as mine.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;So, clearly Canon is having a major issue here. But they are not owning up to it. I hope someone will respond. This is highly unprofessional and bad business practices.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
