Emails like this are not from Canon USA but scam/phishing/hacking attempts.

It is important that you do not respond or click on any links or attachments in the email, and you report it as a phishing attempt to your email provider.

They had a very convincing PDF format, but they asked me to download a file which became suspicious, thank you for reading me and answering me, I send you a huge greeting.
