Resetting my Access to My Account

Hello,

Can you please direct me to where I can either find or accomplish resetting access to my Canon Account. I bought a Pixma TR8620a back in 12/2023 from Staples and can not find or remember either my Username or password.

Hi, Bruce! If you've forgotten your user name or password, just go HERE, click on "Sign In," and then click on the "Forgot password" link and follow the instructions provided. Hope this helps!

Thanks for the reply. Unfortunately I have forgotten both so that method has already been tried. I also tried creating another account with a different email and password and that did not work as well.

Greetings,

Try searching your email. You would have received replies from Canon after an account was created or when a product was registered.

Do you really have that many current or former email addresses that you don't know which it could be?

If you just can figure it out out, contact support. If you have a registered product, they should be able to look it up by serial number. This may be dependant on its age, but it's worth a try.

Thanks for the reply. No I do not have many emails but learned the hard way never to use a gmail email to sign in!!! I always delete email from google on a daily basis. I will try support.
