Canon online store return address mismatch

I think its strange that I can't find the address online but the only thing I can find is that they keep saying its on the packing slip. But then the address they gave me over the phone says suite 106 but the packing slip says 104...so which is it?? is it 106 or 104?
Why make it so hard to find the actual address instead of trusting in what is probably an oudated packing slip?
