      <description>&lt;P&gt;Is anyone else having a problem with scrolling the Canon Knowledge Base website?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;When I open the site all I can do is read the initial screen. It won't scroll.&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi, John!&amp;nbsp; We just tested the Knowledge Base across multiple common browsers and didn't have any trouble scrolling.&amp;nbsp; Have you tried another browser?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;I wasn't getting a scroll bar on the right hand side. I right-clicked the page and one option that showed up was to open in Internet Explorer mode. I selected that and got and error message that IE wasn't supported so I selected the button that said MS Edge. When it reopened in Edge I had scroll bars.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
