Registration emails keep coming

I keep getting emails from Canon concerning registrations of my equipment. I've already registered all the equipment via the online registration. Also the items appear under my account. So why am I continuing to receive the emails. Today was the second day in a row of receiving the emails.

That's strange, indeed. I recommend reaching out to support so they can go over the details of your My Canon Account, just to make sure there's not something weird on the back-end happening and to verify your communications preferences are how you want them. Support is at 800-OK-CANON (800-652-2666), Monday through Saturday for camera products and weekdays for printers.
