Why was my post "marked as spam"?

I posted a question yesterday regarding my R5 file numbering. It no longer shows up on the discussion and when I go to my post (I can get to it since I'm subscribed to it) it says it was marked as spam.

How do I get it unmarked? Do I need to repost my question?
