Looking to get a printer for stickers and heavy paper

Thank you in advance for any assistance

I am an artist looking to get into printing stickers and reprints of my artwork also looking to print on vital 100 weight paper I have been asking for assistance and doing research with no solid outcome for information can anyone give me a hand and direct me into the right direction The amount that is able to be spend is about between 600 to $700
