Return and cancel order

Hi,

I have called at least eight times 8003852155 and no one is answering. I need to return my order of my lens and cancel order of camera body. Because the order of camera body never goes through, which makes this lens useless and I have to return it. Please let me know how can I get the return number and let me know how to cancel a pending order.

Is there any way to cancel the order from your account? Still though, you should eventually be able to reach someone in the Sales Department. Due to Black Friday through Cyber Monday (today), that could very well be leading to a huge surge in call volume.

Only the sales team can issue an RMA. Please bear in mind they're extremely busy, given that it's Cyber Monday. They're available Monday through Saturday from 9am to 9pm (ET).
