Recently bought it from amazon but when I am trying to register it shows already registered.

2. Was “it” was sold by an Amazon seller other than Canon?

Most likely this is either a second-hand camera, a camera that has been returned and resold or possibly even stolen. Did you check that the vendor is a reputable dealer?
