topic Contacting Canon Support in General Discussion

I have been unable to contact Canon support concerning repair of a Pixma TS 8220 printer. I have an account and have registered the printer. The 800 652 2666 number asks for the 10 digit number I used to set up the account. It rejects the number I enter which is included in my online account registration.

Looking for another way to contact Canon and speak to a technical rep about the printer problem.

Thanks

We can understand your concern, Golfp53. When you call our support line, we automatically use caller ID to look up your account so please make sure you're calling from the same number; otherwise, you may need to change the phone number listed in your account, at least temporarily, to match the number you're calling from. Once everything lines up, you should be able to get right through.

Hope this helps!

Thanks. I reentered my profile information and made the connection with the service representative. My four year old Pixma TS8220 printer needed to be replaced. Ordered the replacement thru Canon.
