      <title>Customer Service RE: late Fees</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Who can I contact regarding disputed late fees?&amp;nbsp; We have submitted a written complaint &amp;amp; have put in a calls, but have gotten no response.&amp;nbsp; These late fees date back to Jan of this year &amp;amp; have continued until present.&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;The invoices never stated there was a past due balance, so late fees every month didn't make sense &amp;amp; just kept being added &amp;amp; paid each month by us.&amp;nbsp; We are obviously disputing these and would like to be refunded the monthly fees as the past due balance would have been paid immediately if invoice would have stated there was a past due balance.&amp;nbsp; We would really love to clear this up, but continue to get no response.&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
