Is renewal a real thing?

I got an email, supposedly from Canon, saying that my membership will soon expire and that I should log in and click the Renew button.

I'm logged in. I can't find any Renew bottom.

The email was in my spam folder. Because of that (at least), I didn't click any links in it. Was that email just a scam? If not, where do I go to renew?

Hi, PaulDineen! There are a few Canon services that require renewing membership, including Canon Professional Services where membership needs to be renewed annually. If you're unsure of the service, please let us know what the email said the membership is for and we'll be glad to point you in the right direction.
