      <title>Scanner driver problems after upgrading to Windows 10</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have a Canoscan 5600F. Just upgraded my laptop from Windows 8.1 to 10.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;MP Navigator now wont boot. Tells me "The scanner driver supported by this software is not installed".&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I've tried re-installing the driver and the software and still getting the message each and every time.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Scanner was working fine before the upgrade. Any suggestions on how to fix this?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Is there a fix to this? I have reinstalled what are said to be the latest drivers? But still not working!&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi rjes, cbenjamin, and maungmaungtun.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The updated drivers and software are available, free of charge, on the &lt;U&gt;&lt;FONT color="#0000FF"&gt;&lt;A href="https://www.usa.canon.com/internet/portal/us/home/support/details/scanners/film-negative-scanner/canoscan-5600f/canoscan-5600f?subtab=downloads-drivers" target="_blank" rel="noopener"&gt;5600F Drivers &amp;amp; Downloads page&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/U&gt;.&amp;nbsp; You may wish to first remove the drivers from the Apps list before installing the new version.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Did this answer your question?
