    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hope someone can help me here&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Have had a search of the forum topics for advice, have tried some suggestions but to no avail.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have recently upgraded my pc from windows xp to windows 7(32 bit) and uninstalled my canon programmes from the old pc (I bought a new pc rather than upgrade the o/s)&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I connected my canon printer via usb to the tower and windows 7 said it was installing new hardware etc, but I have no scan option on the solution x menu toolbar when I used to have this on the old pc.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have d/loaded drivers that were mentioned on other threads and installed them but it has not changed the situation&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Anyone any ideas how I resolve this issue&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;thanks in advance&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;regards from the UK&lt;/P&gt;</description>
