    <description>&lt;P&gt;I'm unable to correctly print a 4 1/4 X5 1/2" greeting card &amp;amp; wonder if it might be a problem with the printer settings.&amp;nbsp; I have a Hallmark card program &amp;amp; can't find that size to print.&amp;nbsp; It doesn't halp to manually enter the size.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; Thanks.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;If you are using a PIXMA series printer, you would have to specify a "custom" paper size before printing.&amp;nbsp; Please access the print menu from your Windows or Mac OSX computer and specify&amp;nbsp;a custom paper size.&amp;nbsp; You will be prompted to enter the dimensions of your paper before printing.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Also, load the paper with the 5 1/2" in side standing vertically in the rear tray of the printer.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;This didn't answer your question or issue?
