There are inkjet compatible transparencies. I used them lots of times for presentations. I am not sure about shrinkwrap.

Hello Patsarsfield.

Unfortunately, we no longer have a printer that can print on transparency or shrink plastic media. This type of media is not porous enough to soak up our inks.
