    <description>&lt;P&gt;I am having the same issue and i have tried re-installing the driver as well as scaning software but no luck.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Can some one reply regarding this.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi Ul James,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Please try the following to resolve the issue:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;1. &amp;nbsp;If you have the scanner plugged into a USB hub or other device that is connected to your computer, please&amp;nbsp;plug it directly into your computer and attempt to scan again. &amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;2. &amp;nbsp;If you have another USB cable that you can use to connect the scanner to your computer, please try to use that and then attempt to scan again.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If you still experience difficulty, please&amp;nbsp;call or email us using one of the methods on the &lt;A target="_blank" href="http://www.usa.canon.com/cusa/consumer/standard_display/contact_us_consumer"&gt;Contact Us&lt;/A&gt; page for further assistance.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
