Thank you for your reply. I was using a windows computer with windows 7. I am not sureo of the canon scanner model. I am not at work today. When I clicked open in capture perfect and tried to copy the files and paste them in another folder it said it could not find them. We think they are in a hidden folder (since it is a program folder for capture perfect). I'm just concerned that we can do something in windows to make the folder and files visible and the files accessible to be copied and moved on the computer. I do not want to lose these scanned PDF files.

I have been using a canon scanner (I do not know the model) and Capture Perfect 3.0 this week scanning documents. I accidentally saved all the files in the Capture Perfect 3.0 program folder. They show a padlock on them. When I tried to move them to another folder, I was unsuccessful. I think the program folder is hidden. How should I move these files?
