    <description>&lt;P&gt;I honestly just dont get the hold up. &amp;nbsp;All developers were notified that 32bit programs were going away a full 20 months ago and as I stated Beta was seeded to developers in the early Summer. &amp;nbsp;Telling us to check the download page daily isn't satisfactory after the OS has been out going on 2 months now. &amp;nbsp;There are so many printing preferences that are tied into PSP that can't be abandoned by those of us that print as part of our jobs/ student life. &amp;nbsp;Canon, you know this. Please provide a real solution. &amp;nbsp;In response to the forum members that tried to actually help, I have access to Lightroom as its part of my package but I primarily illustrate so I'm not sure if that will work for my needs. &amp;nbsp;I'll try this afternoon.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;macosx 10.15&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Canon Pro-1000 printer&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Photoshop 2019 CC&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I upgraded to mac osx 10.15 catalina, and now whenever I open the Print Studio Pro plugin in Photoshop CC 2019 it crashes instantly and says "And error has occured... Print Studio Pro will now close" and my only options is "ok".&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I tried reinstalling with a fresh copy of the plugin off the canon website and it still won't load.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I wish I could use the standard photoshop print dialog but even selecting my MOAB paper profile the print still turns washed out and ugly.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Has anyone solved this?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi mzamaites,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Canon has not released driver for OS 10.15 Catalina and if you installed the Mojave version of the plug in, it may not work correctly. The public&amp;nbsp;release of macOS10.15 Catalina is set for early October and shortly after it is released, Canon should have the drivers and updated software download. Please keep checking on the support page for you printer by clicking &lt;A href="https://www.usa.canon.com/internet/portal/us/home/support/details/professional-large-format-printers/professional-photo-fine-art/imageprograf-pro-1000/imageprograf-pro-1000" target="_self"&gt;HERE&lt;/A&gt; after Catalina is released.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Did this answer your question?       <description>&lt;P&gt;Okay I think I've solved it on my iMac for Lightroom at least. I have a MacBook Pro that I never upgraded to Catalina so looked into the Finder to see why I kept getting this error.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;/Library/Caches/Canon/PrintStudioPro/PrintStudioPro_LR_TEMP&amp;nbsp;&lt;/STRONG&gt;does not exist.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;So I created a folder in the following where PrintStudioPro_LR_TEMP was the new folder.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I am now able to open the PSP plugin albeit for Lightroom only.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;So at this point we still have no word on an update? &amp;nbsp;I bought a new mac that came with Catalina pre installed and haven't been able to use Print Studio Pro for a month now. &amp;nbsp;The first rep I spoke with told me 1-2 weeks(3 weeks ago). &amp;nbsp;The second rep I spoke with told me "Apple just threw the operating system at them and they were trying to catch up." &amp;nbsp;Apple updates their OS every year at the same time, within a couple weeks variation. &amp;nbsp;This was a known issue for some time. For those of us that rely on print studio pro for our professional or student lives this is a ridiclous amount of time to wait for an update. Really just writing here because public complaint seems to be the only thing that ever gets issues like this moving forward. &amp;nbsp;While refreshign the support page twice a day is fun, a fuctioning version of the plug-in would be nice as well.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>Hey I got PSP to open and print from it, but the colors are not correct, I can confirm by printing same JPG or tiff on an older version of mac from a friends laptop. Currently my only option is printing from a competitor’s branded printer which has saved me, unfortunately will most likely sell my canon pro 1000 from this event</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I don't have Lightroom and I have presets built into the color management settings in PSP. I created an install volume on an SD card from an old OS X Mojave combo file, booted from that and installed the OS onto a fresh external hard drive. From there, I installed Photoshop and PSP. I'm out some cash, time, and I've got to restart and boot from a whole separate drive when I want to print, but now I'm not going to be waiting on this update. Cheers.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

I just purchased a new IMAC with 10.15.1 and cannot print to my Pixma Pro 100 due to error i get with launching PSP from Photoshop 2020. &amp;nbsp;If i use the print dialogue box in photoshop the prints turn out terrible and cannot proceed. Really needing an updaed driver!!&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
