topic LiDE 220 Autoscan Crop diff on 2 identical scanners in General Discussion

I bought my sister a LiDE 220 identical to mine. I am testing it before giving it to her. To test it, I simply unplugged mine and plugged in hers to the same Windows 10 PC. Mine uses Autoscan to crop to the photo size. The new one scans fine but doesn't crop to the photo size, but shows the entire scan bed. Any suggestions?
