      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Try specifying a new folder to save your scans to.&amp;nbsp; Go to the "Settings" menu in the IJ Scan Utility program.&amp;nbsp; Then select a new save location for the desired scanning function.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If you continue to have difficulties,&amp;nbsp;find more help at &lt;A href="http://Canon.us/ContactLI" target="_blank"&gt;Contact Us&lt;/A&gt;.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
