I HAVE AN OLDER PIXMA PRINTER AND AM IN NEED OF THE DRIVERS. I HAVE THE SERIAL NUMBER <removed per forum guidelines> CAN YOU ASSIST ME IN OBTAINING THE MODEL NUMBER TO DOWNLOAD THE DRIVER.

Hello.

The name of the printer should be on the front or top of the unit. Check the front area of the printer to locate the model. It should start with letters such as MG, MP, MX or IP.
