    <description>&lt;P&gt;I have a CanoScan 9000F MarkII and an Epson Stylus Photo 1400. &amp;nbsp;Everything was fine when I had my new Dell XPS27 with Windows 10 but I had to exchange the computer for warranty problems. &amp;nbsp;I have a new XPS27 and now I can't print with my scanner software. &amp;nbsp;The error message says "Cannot print because a printer supported by this software is not installed." &amp;nbsp; I have added drivers for both the scanner and the printer and still no luck. &amp;nbsp;Can anybody help?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;What program is being used to perform the scan? &amp;nbsp;The CanoScan 9000F Mark II should be using the IJ Scan Utility program. &amp;nbsp;Please ensure that this program is being used to use the copy function.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If additional assistance is needed, find more help at &lt;A href="http://www.usa.canon.com/cusa/consumer/standard_display/contact_us_consumer" target="_blank"&gt;Contact Us&lt;/A&gt;.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
