      <title>canon mp navigator ex has stopped working</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;i have windows 7 and have the pixma mg8220. I've had no problems scanning in the past but have not tried in a couple of months. How i can't.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;i've tried multiple suggestions on the subject and have not resolved the issue. i have in the c drive\windows\twain 32 - two folders 1-mg8200 series 2-mg8200 series 88717D54EEB. Does anyone know if this is the issue?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Any help is very much appreciated.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I've been having this problem for weeks and finally found a solution in another thread:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;A target="_self" href="http://answers.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/forum/windows_7-hardware/canon-mp-navigator-stopped-working-with-scanner/1e2e2075-897f-4066-8ae7-5c9c487bb198?page=1"&gt;http://answers.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/forum/windows_7-hardware/canon-mp-navigator-stopped-working-with-scanner/1e2e2075-897f-4066-8ae7-5c9c487bb198?page=1&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Canon Navigator started working as soon as I deleted this file:&amp;nbsp;&lt;SPAN&gt;C:\Users\&amp;lt;user name&amp;gt;\App Data\Roaming\Microsoft\Windows\Network Shortcuts\My Web Sites on MSN. &amp;nbsp;I can't explain why this file would interfere with the scanner software but regardless, I'm just relieved it is back working now.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
