      <title>Canon Solution EX Main Menu problem???</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have a Canon MX882 and just updated to win 8.1 on a new computer.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN style="line-height: 15px;"&gt;I downloaded Solution EX from the canon web site.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;When I go to open, the Main window only contains 1 Creative Park, 2 Creative Park Premium, 3 Member Logon windows.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I cannot get to the main menu that has the scanner and photo print etc. &amp;nbsp; I have installed again and the same Main Menu appears! &amp;nbsp; Kindly Help! &amp;nbsp;Many thanks. &amp;nbsp; MK&lt;/P&gt;</description>
