    <description>&lt;P&gt;I have an intermittent problem with my Solutions Menu. There are times when I open the programme and try to select 'Scan/import photos or documents the programme shuts down and gives the message below. The version is 1.3.0 (1.3.0.207) I have also tried to check for any updates, but it tells me that the server is down and to check later?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;[URL=&lt;A target="_blank" href="http://s47.photobucket.com/user/Jonzjob/media/Johns/ScreenShot2013-10-04at102434_zpsdf790102.png.html][IMG]http://i47.photobucket.com/albums/f180/Jonzjob/Johns/ScreenShot2013-10-04at102434_zpsdf790102.png[/IMG][/URL]"&gt;http://s47.photobucket.com/user/Jonzjob/media/Johns/ScreenShot2013-10-04at102434_zpsdf790102.png.html][IMG]http://i47.photobucket.com/albums/f180/Jonzjob/Johns/ScreenShot2013-10-04at102434_zpsdf790102.png[/IMG][/URL]&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Shutting the programme and reopening it again sometimes cures the problem, but at times I have to reboot my iMac.I have tried removing and reinstalling the programme, no difference.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;My operation system is OS X 10.8.4 Mountain Lion. The problem was also happening with 10.6 Snow Leopard.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Any help wold be appreaciated.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;It appears that I can't post photos, etc. from my Photobucket account, but it should read "MP Navigator EX quit unexpectedly. Click to reopen the app again." With the details listed below that.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
