    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi davdfabian,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;With the LCD screen not displaying properly, there is one step we can try:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;OL&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Turn off the printer and wait for it to completely shut down.&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Disconnect the power cord from the device.&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Press the ON or power button several times (at least 5 times is recommended).&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Wait for 20 minutes.&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Power on the printer.&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;/OL&gt;&lt;P&gt;If the screen still will not display properly, then the printer will need to be serviced.&amp;nbsp;&lt;A target="_blank" href="http://bit.ly/ContactCanon"&gt;Contact Us&lt;/A&gt;&amp;nbsp;for your service options. &amp;nbsp;We are happy to help you out.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>My printer is a Canon Pixma MS 600, I connected directly to the printer port on my CU which I running Windows 7.&lt;BR /&gt;The printer work when you send a document from the computer.&lt;BR /&gt;With the LCD screen with no image ,I can not copy etc. from the printer control panel</description>
