Just one idiotic lack of detail-- the print head comes with an orange plastic device attached, apparently protecting the connections. However, there is no mention of that fact, so I spent an hour trying to force it into place, per instructions. Then, the double-blink light indicated that the print head was defective and should be returned to the store. Right... 30 miles and two hours in Houston traffic. Nevertheless, I muddled through, cursing the expert idiots who didn't have the common sense to watch quietly while a janitor tried to install the printer, based on their WRITTEN instructions.</P><P>&nbsp;</P><P><SPAN style="line-height: 15px;">BUT-- so far, the first few prints are excellent.&nbsp;</SPAN></P><P><SPAN style="line-height: 15px;">&nbsp;</SPAN></P><P><SPAN style="line-height: 15px;">SUGGESTION: Instead of having an expert do the installation info, give your janitor a Canon Pixma Pro-100 and SILENTLY watch as he follows instructions.
