    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi jackr,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;There is not much in the way of resizing an image in the scanner driver directly.&amp;nbsp; If you set 4 x5 in the driver, it would crop the image and cut out anything outside the 4X5 box instead of resizing it.&amp;nbsp; The easiest thing to do would be to scan the image as is, then bring it into a simple image editing program, like Paint for Windows or iPhoto for Mac.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Canon HG 5320&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; W 7&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I want to scan a 8x10 photo to about 4x5 and send the result to the desktp in the computer,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;This is my first attempt at this and I find it hard to follow the printer instructions.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;A step by step tutorial will be appreciated.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; Thanks&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; jackr&lt;/P&gt;</description>
