      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi RebeccaQ,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Generally speaking, a summary page, document summary or document properties page&amp;nbsp;is often generated based on a setting in the software application being used as opposed to the printer driver or menu setting.&amp;nbsp; For example, in MS Word you can select to print this page with each printed document.&amp;nbsp; In this case, depending on your version of Word, you can enable/disable the feature often in "Word Options", "Display", "Printing Options", "Print Document Properties".&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Does this help?&amp;nbsp; If not, which printer model and software application is being used when the summary is printed?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
