Hi LAWHUANYAN!

Thanks for posting in the Canon Forums!

The printer you have is manufactured by Brother not Canon. We'd suggest reaching out to Brother for further assistance with your toner troubles. You can find Brother online HERE.

We hope this helps point you in the right direction!

Hello, wonder if anyone encountered this. We have a MFC-L2720DW,

less than 6 months old. The toner low and toner empty messages appeared on the panel, even though when we shaked the toner, it feels like it has a lot of powder inside and the pages print fine (no whitestrips). The machine stops working when it says toner empty.

Is there a way to override so that it will keep working even though it

says toner empty?

In case of this, you should replace the toner cartridge, you can to buy compatible of toner cartridge if you want to save some money. Using the EBY of toner cartridge is no difference to the original when printing.
