topic Canon Scanner Driver LIDE120 in General Discussion

I think it is time to ask some questions to CANON policy. My LIDE60 scanner worked perfectly. But alas changing to WIN 10 nolonger. So I had to buy a new LIDE120. But that driver is just a catastrophe. No preset to what file to store. With the LIDE60 you could do that. But this is not the first time with CANON products which so far were very good. I had a BJC5000 bubble jet A3 printer but with WIN XP no more driver. Same story. Does CANON want to loose customers?
