      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have a 3200F CanoScan. It was working well untill today that it starts to show multiple vertical lines all over the scanning area in preview and final image. Is it a serious hardware damage?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I use Windows XP (SP3) on my computer.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;In the meanwhile I could fix the problem by click on "Calibration" in ScanGear CS. I had to calibrate it for about 15 times and then the lines&amp;nbsp;disappeared. But the next time I wanted to use the scanner, they were back. This time they&amp;nbsp;disappeared after 15-20 times of calibration.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;That seems that I have found the source of the problem. But I'm afraid that I need to do this&amp;nbsp;time-consuming process every time I want to scan.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
