    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi community,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;i hope, someone can help me.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;After my try of re-installation of this scanner on the same notebook as before, now it doesn't work anymore. I use a Lenovo Notebook with anytime updated WIN10/64 OS [German] (same as before). Working with "IJ Scan Utility". Before the re-installation i had to delete each older canon printer drivers and -software by other reasons.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Maybe there's the reason, maybe because not all of formerly installations was uninstalled correctly or complete.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;For Several times (and hours)&amp;nbsp;now, tried to un-/re-installed each feature from driver-/installation CD, but it does'nt work. On the mask of "IJ Scan Utility" after press the "Scan"- or "Preview"-Button, the problem Nr. 5, 156, 61 / "USB Connection is disconnected / Scanner is switched off" is shown, although it is switched on and connected.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;On other WIN 10 Notebooks it runs correctly, but i need the connection / installation on my main notebook.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I need help to fix this problem and run the scanner as before. I would be grateful for some information.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks from Germany, Alex&lt;/P&gt;</description>
