topic Canon Lide 210 scan several photo's in General Discussion

Dear,

I am using the scanner to digitalise my old photos and the program says that i can recognise the seperate photo's I have put on the plate. However, it worked rather good at start, but after some time it became more difficult and the program sees now mostly only one A4 sheet with all the photos together as one image.

Is there a way to find again the separate pictures?

I am using now MP Navigator EX 4.0.

Best regards,

Johan

Hello.

Make sure that the images are spaced 1 cm apart and 1 cm from the edge of the glass.

Do not attach the images to any sort of background or matte, as this would cause the scanner to detect them as one solid object.

Also, ensure that the lid is closed completely.

If the issue continues to persist, find more help at Contact Us.
