    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi, my scanner has been off lately, stopping frequently while scanning forms that should definitely be going through with no problems. I have cleaned it throughly but the same issue keeps happening. I would like to know how to calibrate it, my user manual does not say how to.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thank you!&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi ginamg.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;There is no calibration function in the menu settings of the scanner. &amp;nbsp;Since cleanings did not resolve the issue, we will have to recommend that you call us at 1-800-OK-CANON (1-800-652-2666), and a telephone technical support representative will be able to further assist you. &amp;nbsp;While we understand that the forum may be your preferred method of communication, speaking with our telephone support group will be very beneficial in this case.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
