      <description>Windows 7. go to Control panel - printers. Remove the Canon printer. Restart your printer and add new printer in control panel. This worked for me.</description>

      <description>I actually just used the Diagnose and Repair and it fixed it...just did it so hopefully it will keep working....</description>
