    <description>&lt;P&gt;This problem has been raised before but I cannot find any reponse to the original query.... &amp;nbsp;it&amp;nbsp;relates to a 5600F scanner ...&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;"&amp;nbsp;&lt;SPAN&gt;MP Navigator will not boot. Message box says&amp;nbsp;"The scanner driver supported by this software is not installed".&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;I've tried re-installing the driver and the software and still getting the message each and every time.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Scanner was working fine before the upgrade. Any suggestions on how to fix this? "&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;This is exactly the problem that I am now experiencing. &amp;nbsp;I did try looking at the C: users/ &amp;lt;name&amp;gt;/ AppData .... Network Shortcuts directory but it was empty.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Everything worked fine with Windows 7 but not with 10. &amp;nbsp;Any clues ??&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Many thanks&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
