Microfilm reader lenses

Any have or know a source for the specifications of micrographics lenses for the MS 350, 400, 500, 800 etc Canon microfilm readers?

For example, other than the obvious, what are the details and differences between lenses GZ 02 X9-16 and HZ 01 9.5-16X?

I assume they might be interchangeable, but is there a work book or spec sheet that has all the information?

I had posted a similar message in the printer general topic discussion, but maybe this is a better choice.

Looking for the specifications of micrographics lenses for say the MS 350, 400, 500, 800 type Canon microfilm readers/scanners?

An example could be the details and differences between lenses GZ 02 X9-16 and HZ 01 9.5-16X? They both have similar magnifcation and I'm hoping they might be interchangeable as they look to fit in the same housing.

Anyone know if there is a Canon workbook or set of specification sheets that have all the information?

Either GZ or HZ 9x-16 would be of interest

Documentation or info on differences also
