Ok solved.

Files location: C:\Users\...\AppData\Roaming\Canon\CNQ4809

SCGR.O00
SCGR.S00
SCNDB01.DAT
SCNUI.DAT
SCNUI2.DAT
USER.DAT

Replacing these files with the old solved my problem. However I've since created a few more filters that aren't included so now It would be a nice bonus to merge (update) two different (backup) sets into one. Maybe someone may solve that?

Where does the LiDE-210 ScanGear Software store Custom Filters created under the Advanced Mode tab?

I'm using Windows 10 and have a dozen or so filters that I need to keep and hopefully transfer for a new Windows 10 install.
