    <description>&lt;P&gt;MP Navigator EX2.0 stopped working after upgrade to Windows10. Latest software installed: mpnx_2_0-win-2_05-ea23_2 and sd64-win-5600f-14_0_7-ea34 but still same error: MP Navigator EX stopped working.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Searched for a solution, but nothing found for Windows 10. Finally, found solution (Windows7): go to C:\Users\&amp;lt;user name&amp;gt;\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\Windows\Network Shortcuts\My Web Sites on MSN.Now simply DETETE this item. After this operation MP Navigator works wonderfully well. Just follow the instruction on&amp;nbsp; Youtube &lt;A href="https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=2Sbb44GhAXU" target="_blank"&gt;https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=2Sbb44GhAXU&lt;/A&gt; (Fix for Canon MP Navigator EX has stopped working error message in Windows 7), but also applies for Windows10.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>Removed the operating program and drivers. Rebooted and reloaded the operating program and drivers from Canon. Still have the same problem: "cannot communicate with scanner", Cable may be disconnected or scanner turned off. Check Status. The scanner was connected and powered on. Still the same problem as before. Any comments?</description>
