    <description>&lt;P&gt;W7 x64, IE 11.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I installed Canon Easy WebPrint EX (tried both 1.5 and 1.6).&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;When I go to print I get error message "EasyWebPrint EX has stopped working".&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Anyone else experience this and have a solution.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I don't use the feature often, but I know in the past (i.e. year or so ago) it did work.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;It may be possible that other plugins or toolbars are interfering. &amp;nbsp;Try uninstalling the plugin and then restart your computer. &amp;nbsp;Next, reinstall the 1.6 version from our website to see if this will help. &amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;This didn't answer your question or issue?
