ImageFORMULA R40 Not Working with MacOS 12 (Monterey)

I have loved the imageFORMULA R40 until tonight. I just purchased a Macbook Pro M1X Max and the driver is not recognized. That is a big problem for me! What work around is available?

I have a Macbook Pro 16" M1X Max. Running Monterey 12.0.1. It started working. Now says "Cannot Load Driver"
